wireless systems, and leading the newly formed CalIT2 Systems and Networks research group in addition to leading the networking group for the NSF-sponsored homeland security projects such as RESCUE (www.itr-rescue.org), Responsphere (www.responsphere.org), and the exploratory research project CogNet (www.cognet.info).
